Hello there :)
I’m Karen - Executive Assistant, Certified Translator, Notary Public, creative organizer, and detail-driven problem solver who loves bringing order and personality to everything I do. Whether it’s coordinating complex schedules, designing spaces that feel like home, or managing projects that keep people moving forward — I thrive on helping ideas come to life with care and precision.
I love wearing many hats and using my creativity to help others.
My background blends operations, design, and storytelling — and at the heart of it all is a love for making people’s lives a little easier, more beautiful, and more intentional.
Welcome to my world — where structure meets creativity, and every detail matters.

My Story
I was born in Peru and came to the United States when I was ten years old with my parents, my brother, and a couple of suitcases. It was a big leap into the unknown, but it shaped who I am today — resilient, grateful, and always ready to work hard for the life I want to build.
I attended Bergen Tech High School, where I majored in Graphic Design and discovered my love for creativity and visual storytelling. Later, I graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish — a combination that deepened my appreciation for people, culture, and communication.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: from janitor to emergency room clerk, and now to Executive Assistant. Each role has taught me something new about hard work, empathy, and the beauty of helping others stay organized and supported. I’ve found my passion in operations — where structure meets creativity — and I truly love what I do.
I’m also a certified English–Spanish translator, a notary public, and an officiant — and when I’m not juggling projects, you’ll probably find me redesigning a room or building something with my own hands.
My family, friends, and my 10-year-old cat Iker — my best little companion — are everything to me. They’re my motivation, my grounding force, and the reason I give my all in everything I do.
